The One World Toddler program is for 3-year-old children and those slightly younger or older as developmentally appropriate. Toddlers must be accompanied by parents or teachers as the children are too young to proceed on their own.

Toddler courses contain content that can be downloaded and printed or taken online. The courses can be taken individually or in combination. The courses are designed to standalone, but they are linked in many ways to reinforce the main lessons.

The following free classes are offered:

Each of these classes is a work-in-progress. A lot of good content is available but there is still much more to do. Additional content is currently being developed and uploaded. However, we are looking for collaborators and volunteers to lend their unique knowledge and talents to these endeavors.

Behind the scenes, we are currently developing the following courses:

In addition, we plan to add the following classes when volunteers are found to help develop these courses:

Many topics from these subjects are used in the classes currently offered such as the Toddlers Virtues class and Toddler ELA, but there is so much more rich, age appropriate content to be developed.

Training Provided to Volunteers

We will provide free, self-paced Moodle training to anyone wanting to help develop and/or teach one or more of these courses.

This orientation is for teachers and parents of toddlers (2 and 3 years of age). Working with toddlers is fun, but it can also be exacerbating. This course is designed to help you create reasonable goals and introduce age-appropriate methods for toddlers. Knowing what to expect, planning for success, and selecting teaching methods and fun learning activities are the key to success, and we are always open to your suggestions so please use the parent-teacher forum if you would like to share.

Toddler Coding is designed for advanced 2-year-olds and 3-year-olds. This includes toddlers and early preschoolers. Lessons are presented to introduce children to logical thinking, and to begin the process of developing a spiritual and moral character.

Toddler English Language Arts include lessons to help 2 through 3 year-olds to learn the alphabet, phonics, and word recognition.

Toddler Math consists of age appropriate lessons to help children 2 to 3 years old to learn numbers, counting, and sorting.

The Toddler Virtues class is for 3-year-old children, and for those slightly younger or older as developmentally appropriate. Many print outs are available to help you conduct fun activities off-line.

This class is designed to help the child develop a strong, moral, and independent character. Focus is on easy learning of basic virtues, social learning through playing, art, music, singing, dancing, and physical activities. Additional age-appropriate lessons in English language arts, early math, and other subjects are available.

Online Classes

The toddler does not have the mental or physical skills to work independently online. An adult must guide and encourage the child every step of the way and that's exactly what a toddler needs: one-on-one learning, sharing, and playing.

In Person Classes

It is strongly advised, especially during the first few classes for a parent or guardian to  accompany the child. The adult does not have to be actively invovled in the lesson but the mere presence of a loved one is often enough to calm the child.
